NewMeet Extension - How Does It Work?
NewMeet is an application that allows you to monitor the attendance of people in Google Meet sessions. You don't need to take notes manually anymore, as this extension helps you to make sure that everyone is present in the meeting and keeps track of the whole session. After you have finished the class, you can export your attendance as a CSV or HTML report.
NewMeet is designed to work with Google Meet as an add-on. It does not require any extra programming knowledge and does not affect your main video streams. Just install the app and connect it to your Google Meet account to start using it.
How does it work?
This extension sends a message every 12 minutes and attendees have to respond to increase their participation rate and confirm their presence during the meeting or class.
